Consumer rights and the right of withdrawal

Era of Enlightenment respects the EU Directive on consumer rights (2011/83/EU) and applicable Dutch consumer law.

EoE energetic crystals are not standard stock goods. Each garnet, apatite and quartz crystal is individually prepared and upgraded to order — especially for you — to carry the specific energies and frequencies described on this website. This preparation is not carried out in advance for stock: once you order, we spend at least a week of dedicated work attuning and adding these frequencies specifically for the person who placed the order. Because these products are clearly made to your order and personalised through this energetic preparation, and because that work is delivered the moment the crystal enters your energy field, EoE energetic products are sold as final sale and fall outside the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to ordinary distance sales. By placing an order you expressly request that we begin this energetic preparation right away, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once it has been carried out.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. In those cases, and in exceptional personal circumstances such as a bereavement, please contact us — such situations are always handled individually and with care, as set out in our Sales and refunds policy.
